Tom has been working in Education Recruitment for over 3 years covering Primary, Secondary and Further Education. Lois has worked relentlessly as a Secondary School Teacher in Lincolnshire for the last 6 years (Design teacher – Graphics, Product Design, Creative Media), and holds an MSc in Education and an NPQSL (National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership). She has taken part in numerous ‘sharing best practice’ initiatives and led one that involved going around Europe to learn. She is passionate about education research and loves learning.
Lois used to be Pupil Premium leader – improving outcomes for disadvantaged students – this is something she really cares about.
Claim to fame: Lois represented her university at Ten Pin Bowling (although she's actually really bad at it and defaulted on to the team because she's female).

Jo started her career in fashion and previously owned her own business before joining the Teaching Force team. Working at the heart of the business, Jo controls all candidate administration and compliance for Teaching Force. Her drive for attention to detail and immaculate organisational skills ensure the Teaching Force engine continues to run smoothly.
Claim to fame: Jo had a pint of beer chucked over her head by Kyran Bracken MBE (ex England Rugby international and winner of the 2014 Dancing on Ice series). This is a good thing apparently!
