Debbie brings substantial experience to the team gathered from her background in recruitment, HR, senior management, as well as candidate attraction marketing across all levels of the education and public sectors. Prior to starting at Teaching Force and Protocol in 2015, Debs was headhunted to head up the Vision for Education Nottingham office – all of which has proved invaluable in supporting the Teaching Force team to reach their full potential.
Recruitment Manager, Primary and SEN
Edward first began his career in Education as a Primary Teacher for 7 years and then moved into education recruitment making a total of 12 years in the sector. He likes to spend time getting to know both his clients and candidates to ensure everyone is happy with his service. Edward has an excellent understanding of SEND and regularly delivers training courses for our supply staff, some of which include Behaviour Management and an Introduction to SEND.
Recruitment Manager, Secondary
Steven has amassed a total of 10 years working within the education recruitment sector, starting in compliance before progressing to Recruitment Manager. He takes great pride in building and maintaining long lasting relationships with both schools and candidates through listening and understanding the many different factors involved, resulting in matching the right person with the right school.
Recruitment Consultant, Secondary
Lois previously worked as a Teacher in Lincolnshire for the last 6 years, holding both an NPQSL (National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership) and an MSc in Teaching and Learning. She is passionate about education research, particularly based around Pupil Premium, and loves learning. Having seen the difficulties that schools face in recruiting, Lois decided to utilise her skills and knowledge to support schools through this process and has found that she has been exposed to a whole new wealth of education knowledge to share with her candidates!
Candidate Attraction Consultant
After graduating from UEA with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, Sarah worked as part of the HR Team at NTU. Having always enjoyed the recruitment aspect of Human Resources, Sarah joined Teaching Force so that she could take a more active approach in helping people to find their perfect roles. After a fantastic experience throughout her own education she is passionate about learning and loves meeting candidates who share this passion.
Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator
Jo started her career in fashion and previously owned her own business before joining the Teaching Force team. Working at the heart of the business, Jo controls all candidate administration and compliance for Teaching Force. Her drive for attention to detail and immaculate organisational skills ensure the Teaching Force engine continues to run smoothly.
